These terms apply to the WrapX app and this website. Using either means you accept them.
What WrapX is
WrapX makes image files for the wrap feature built into Tesla's own software - the 3D car shown on the dashboard. They are digital files. They are not vinyl, and nothing here is applied to a physical car.
Not affiliated with Tesla
WrapX is an independent studio. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Model names are used only to say which layout a file fits. Whether the wrap feature exists, keeps working, or accepts a given file is Tesla's decision, not ours, and it can change with any software update.
Membership
- Monthly - a subscription, renewing every month until cancelled.
- Yearly - a subscription, renewing every year until cancelled.
- Lifetime - a one-off purchase. Not a subscription, and nothing renews.
No price is quoted here on purpose. Apple charges in your own currency, and the figure that applies is the one shown in the App Store and on the membership screen in the app before you confirm anything.
Prices are shown in your local currency at purchase and may differ by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves the current period running to its end.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something we made is at fault, write to us and we will back your request.
What you can do with the designs
- Use them on your own cars, as many as you own, for as long as your membership lasts. A lifetime purchase does not expire.
- A wrap you make yourself in the Studio, from your own artwork, is yours. We claim nothing in it.
You may not resell, redistribute or repackage our designs, or use them in another product that competes with WrapX. If your membership ends, files already on your car and on your device stay where they are; you just stop receiving new ones.
Your own artwork
The Studio composes images on your device and uploads nothing. You are responsible for having the right to use whatever you put into it. Do not use artwork you do not own the rights to, and do not make something unlawful, hateful, or designed to mislead others on the road.
No warranty
WrapX is provided as it is. We do our best to make every file fit the layout it claims to fit, and we test against Tesla's published templates, but we cannot promise that a given car, trim or software version will accept it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did. A change that affects an active membership will be flagged in the app before it takes effect.
