Write to hello@wrapx.app and a person answers, usually within two working days. Tell us which Tesla model and trim you picked in the app and what you were doing when it went wrong; that is nearly always enough to work it out on the first reply.
Getting a wrap onto your car
WrapX makes the file. Tesla's own app puts it on the car, and that part happens outside WrapX.
- In WrapX, open a wrap and tap Save to Photos.
- Open the Tesla app and go to Creations, then Wrap, then Upload. You need Tesla app version 4.59.0 or newer.
- Pick the file from your photo library. Tesla shows a 3D preview you can rotate, then Upload & Apply.
- In the car it lives under Toybox, then Paint Shop, then the Wrap tab.
The share button beside Save to Photos saves to Files instead. Use it if you would rather keep the file, or if Photos renames it - the wrap's name is what you will see in the car.
The car will not take the file
Tesla only accepts PNG images between 512 and 1024 pixels square, under 1 MB, with a name of 30 characters or fewer made of letters, numbers, spaces, underscores and dashes. Every file WrapX produces already obeys all four, so a rejection almost always means the file was altered on the way - usually by a photo editor or a messaging app. Save it again from WrapX and upload the fresh copy.
The car holds ten wraps uploaded from the phone and ten more from USB. If the upload is refused because it is full, delete one in the Paint Shop and try again.
The wrap does not fit my car
Every model and trim has its own panel layout, so the trim matters as much as the model. Change it in the app under Settings, then Your car, or by tapping the car name on the Discover screen. The trim is on the sticker inside the driver's door and under Software in the car's own settings.
Membership, billing and refunds
Memberships are sold and charged by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel one in Settings on your iPhone, under your name, then Subscriptions - cancelling there stops the renewal and keeps your access until the period ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple as well, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue one on Apple's behalf, but if something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will help you make the case.
Deleting your data
There is no account and no server, so there is nothing of yours held anywhere but your phone. Settings, then Reset app, clears what the app has stored. Deleting the app does the same. Wraps already uploaded to the car are removed in the Paint Shop, and files saved to Photos or Files are yours to delete like any other file.
