Privacy policy

WrapX is run by an independent studio. This page describes what the WrapX app and this website do with information about you. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
The app has no accounts, no login and no server of its own. Your car, your saved wraps and the designs you make are held on your device and nowhere else. We cannot see them, because they never reach us.
What the app stores on your device
- Which Tesla model and trim you chose.
- Which wraps you saved, marked as on the car, or rated.
- Whether a membership is active.
This is kept in the app's own storage. Deleting the app deletes it. Settings → Reset app clears it without deleting the app.
Photos
The app asks for permission to add to your photo library so it can hand a finished wrap to the Tesla app, which picks images from there. It writes one file when you tap Save to Photos. It does not read your library, and does not ask for access to existing photos unless you use Add image, where iOS shows you its own picker and only the image you pick is passed to the app.
Purchases
Memberships are sold through Apple. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether a subscription is active. We never see your card details, your Apple Account, or your name. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
This website
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without building a profile of you. It records the page, the referrer and coarse country-level location. The site sets no cookies of its own.
What we do not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party analytics or crash reporting inside the app.
- No selling or sharing of personal data. There is none to sell.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority. In practice we hold none, so the honest answer to a request will usually be that there is nothing to send. Write to hello@wrapx.app and you will get a reply.
Children
WrapX is not directed at children under 13 and collects nothing from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what happens to your data will be flagged in the app before it takes effect.
