Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use Policy

Users of WrapX Hostings agree not to use our V2Ray or Gaming infrastructure for illegal activities, including but not limited to: DDoS attacks, distribution of malware, or unauthorized network scanning.

Excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades performance for other users may result in temporary throttling.

2. Billing & Refunds

All services are billed on a pre-paid basis. Due to the nature of digital provisioning, refunds are only issued if a technical fault on our end prevents service delivery within 48 hours of purchase.

3. SLA Agreement

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance via our Discord Command Center.
